Terrible
Glitchy app that does non update data reliably. This glitchy service also ways you lose money - after paying 15€ to top upward my information on the app my coin was taken just I never received the data bundle. Phone customer service is also annihilation but overnice and understanding.

If you don't want to be in the position to exist unable to make telephone calls or use internet (even if you activated the 17 euro parcel) do not buy Medion mobile!
Oh, and don't think yous can contact client service. They don't actually have something like that.

ALDI TALK Rip off
Recently bought ALDI TALK, because I was visiting Federal republic of germany + had to phone call a taxi (1 call merely!).
Afterward buying it was told past Customer Service that it only works for Net + I had to top it up. My Euro 10.00 just vanished!
What a rip off!!!

Simply 3rd earth, banana republic stuff...amateurish, abusive and an insult.
One pays 10Euro then jump through many hoops and finally, but cannot get the sim registered.
A beauracratic rip off. This service is an insult to Germany and hard working Germans. It is but 3rd world, banana republic stuff...non-expert, abusive and an insult. Not even the Aldi store knows how to register ane.

A guild of awareness on discounted goods using cocky service cheque outs on the evening when no staff are on tills.
I have been charged total price on discounted appurtenances on one or more than occasion.
I become embarrassed to call for aid due to social anxiety so I raised my concerns by email to Aldi the response was have your receipt to your local shop and you will be refunded. Which I would find difficult to do... The issue is self-service checkouts ripping off customers

Unexplained balance deduction
I got an Aldi SIM card worth x Euro, and to get-go with, I had to become and place myself at the postbank to have my card activated. The solar day it got activated, my remainder dropped to 0 with hardly one-half an hour of usage. I got a recharge of 15 Euros(which is not less money), and my telephone showed it had 0 residual within a half 60 minutes. I don't know what they take decucted my 25 Euros in total for no obvious reasons. I need some client service to answer my questions and refill my balance, only it doesn't expect like I am receiving an reply before long on the complaint I gave on their website.

I use Aldi talk on my phone, with a rechargeable option, I was really happy at the showtime, cheap toll and quit practiced connexion away.
Since last year though internet is not working properly, it was at starting time slower and slower and stopped completely to piece of work since last month.
I can barely open up few Apps for few minutes before information technology stops working.
I sent emails and chosen their support eye but no 1 contacted me back or did something to solve this issue.
I am at present because other provider which may costs a bit more but definitely more stable and with a improve service.

They have twice debited the amount of the prepaid recharge and claimed it was never received by them and I had to have care of it myself. I accept never experienced such unfriendly customer service. I was more or less told that I was not telling them the truth. As such a large company I expected more!

Never buy ALDI Talk. Information technology's about a scam.
Worst sim card you tin purchase in Federal republic of germany. After you lot buy one sim carte du jour you need to identify yourself and you lot tin do that in big metropolis like Bonn, just in one DPD Shop, I've tried ii times to identify and didn't worked because I'thousand foreigner and every bit foreigner you're not allowed to activate an Aldi talk sim, I tried to ask at client service but they don't speak English and in German language they said but "you lot tin can't activate your sim with an EU identity card" but when you annals your sim in their website you can select "EU ID". And I paid ten€ for the sim, that'southward but pure profit for Aldi, you tin't get your money dorsum. For me this looks more than like a scam. Customer service is extremely poor, they tin can't assistance y'all with annihilation and says "cheerio" after 30 seconds. Worst experience e'er, I had other Sim cards and never had this bad experience.

Can NOT activate the sim card!
Can Non actuate the sim carte du jour!
You are stuck with a 10 EUR loss for the sim card if you are Italian/Romanian or any nationality with an ID carte du jour that does non have a hologram. It does Non say anywhere on the package that you tin not activate the sim carte du jour, even in the brochure they brag that the activation can exist done through the app. Guess what... Imitation and MISLEADING data. Stay away of this awful provider!
UPDATE: 2022-02-09 activation back up lady told me to basically "find a German that is willing to activate it on his name". I want to mention that I already take a sim card from them that information technology was activated 5-6 years agone without a problem :) This is a joke, well there are multiple ways to lose a customer and they're doing their best to check all the boxes.

Full disaster! Bad customer service : Non gratis and you can't reach them. Bad value for coin: Only makes sense for people who hardly utilize their phone. Bad App:has many bugs, many functions don't work, faux bookings from bank business relationship.

Terrible
Terrible. Information technology took them weeks to bring my original number into their service. Now they blocked my account from being able to recharge via depository financial institution business relationship. I went to an aldi supermarket and I could not pay past card (it didnt work that mean solar day) and and then the "service was down" and they could not even sell me the guthaben bon even if i paied cash. I can't receive messages, calls or have any data. and i can't recharge my credit. ridiculous service.

Merely erased my credit
Simply erased my credit - without me making any purchase. Going over my recharges and purchases proves I should take a positive credit, but they simply erased information technology.
No response from customer service.

No 0 and then it's 1. Aldi disgraceful, shameful tyrannical agenda! No jab, no job. Shopped there for years but never once more! Hope you lose millions of customers. Following your Gov calendar here in the U.k. does you no favours! Join the queue Aldi for the courts. What your are doing is unlawful and the lawyers are lining up in the wings! Tin't await for that day! Shameful!

Information technology seems no ane is responsible for customer's concerns.
I take never seen such a bad service in my entire life. How could be? We pay you lot for a service and you practise nothing. At least reply the emails. Present, no one cannot use SIM menu and it should be up every single seconds.
